The kids are, of course, their usual selves today. The big excitement was that two of the neighbors dogs came for a visit in our backyard. Since we don't have dogs of our own, we may as well have had a circus back there!
Reece has taken to doing belly flops into the living room from the step and then just lying there with a grunt, "Ugh." It looks much funnier than it sounds now as I type it.
We went to my friend Bretta's house today to work on a craft project for our moms group next month. For about 45 minutes the kids collected roly-poly bugs in her backyard. Then Reece got bored and came in to see how much he could bug me. We were painting, so we gave him paper and a brush and water. That worked until Ali came in and wanted real paint. He reached over and got some paint on his brush and brushed the paper with it. The look on his face was priceless!
