Alicia's first day of Kindergarten

Doesn't she look a little bit scared?

She went to her first day on Aug. 16, 2006. She is growing so quickly!!

She is really liking school so far. She says that she likes her old teachers better, but I think that's a matter of familiarity. She was with them for two years, so she would naturally be more attached to them.

It's a long day for a Kindergartener, starting at 8:15 and ending at 2:30. She is quickly adjusting to a new sleep schedule and is getting up early without too much fight. I'm having to adjust, too, because I'm a night owl and don't like to get up at 6:15.
